Senior Software Engineer & Technical Product Owner

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with advanced Python skills and experience in data-intensive environments.
• Proven experience or strong aptitude for digital product management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles.
• Ability to guide a team, define engineering best practices, facilitate backlog refinement, and make prioritization decisions based on business value.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn HTML, JavaScript, and the Palantir Slate framework.
• Successful experience in digital product management, including collecting and managing customer expectations and interfacing with technical teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for the Skywise platform internals.
• Define requirements, manage and prioritize the team backlog, and ensure clear acceptance criteria are met.
• Contribute significantly to the development of Python-based frameworks, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Act as the primary bridge between customers, stakeholders, and the technical team, ensuring business needs are technically feasible and sustainable.
• Participate in the extended Product Management team defining business priorities and program backlog refinement.
• Guide the direction of frontend applications in Slate, ensuring a customer-centric design and excellent user experience.
