Asset Integration Manager Digital Alliance (Aviation Data & Analytics)

• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and sensors, including parameters characterizing a healthy aircraft and diagnostic data interpretation.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or platform operations.
• Proven track record working with external partners, suppliers, or customers on technical initiatives.
• Ability to balance technical needs of precision vs. recall in data science with focus on customer value and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working in an international environment with occasional domestic and international travel.
• Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and execute delivery of a technical backlog.
• Solid experience with production deployment and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.

• Guide global aerospace partners in building digital models that predict aircraft subsystem failures using the predictive framework to reduce maintenance costs and increase safety and sustainability.
• Own and prioritize the integration backlog, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Lead models through the "Quality Gate" process, certifying them for production and ensuring accurate performance against real-world faults.
• Provide operational guidance to a multi-functional team of data science professionals and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Drive the evolution of development processes to increase delivery speed and improve quality of results.
