Wymagania
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Have designed, developed, launched and maintained services with tight cloud infrastructure integration.
- Ideally, holding certification as an AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Developer or be willing to earn certification within the first year at NAVBLUE (supported and funded by NAVBLUE).
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree within the software engineering area of study or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with Tribes, Chapters, and Squads (scrum teams).
Obowiązki
- Support the design, deployment, and management of AWS infrastructure components (ECS, S3, RDS, Servless SQS/SNS) in alignment with internal cloud standards.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to support repeatable and secure deployments.
- Monitor cloud environments for availability, performance, and security using AWS-native tools.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and streamline cloud operations.
- Assist in managing cloud cost controls and propose optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Continuous evaluation of AWS infrastructure, and plan and roll out updates to ensure continuity of service.
- Understand the cost and usage implications of services developed and running on AWS infrastructure.
- Optimize usage patterns and recommend improvements including AWS quotas, financial costs, idling, scalability, and services design.
