Product Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related STEM field, or equivalent analytical experience
• Experience with the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry
• Experience and knowledge of software or application development
• Experience with GenAI, Agents, or coding expertise is a plus

• Build and drive a roadmap delivering incremental value in the GenAI/Agent space within Orchestrated Analytics or adjacent Life Sciences analytical platforms to achieve business objectives
• Develop strong relationships and earn trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers
• Coordinate with business analysts and engineers to clarify product feature definitions, ensuring user expectations are met
• Contribute to product strategy and evaluate trade-offs based on business and market pressures
• Understand market, industry, and customer requirements and translate them into features, functions, and use cases
• Apply structured thinking and product frameworks to drive product-led prioritization and solutioning
• Perform thorough analysis of features to ensure robustness and support in user flows
• Lead product discovery work to increase creativity in solutions and improve predictability and ROI
• Support creation of effective launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation, and presentations
