Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Information Systems)

• Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare networks. • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT). • Change management expertise, including training and support for end-users. • Ability to build consensus and drive collaboration among diverse teams. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. • Eight years of experience in software and/or product development, including two years in IT project management. • Advanced project management education and experience. • Preferred: Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE)

• Lead the end-to-end management of healthcare information system projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation. • Collaborate with stakeholders such as clinicians, IT professionals, executives, and vendors to gather requirements, set objectives, and ensure project deliverables meet clinical and operational needs. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing demands and ensure timely delivery. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR), data security standards, and organization policies throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor project performance using established metrics, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality, scope, and budget. • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, executive leadership, and external partners. • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology integration efforts
