• Fluency in English (C1)
• Good language skills in German (B2)
• University degree (IT, Management or related field)
• Knowledge of project management methods
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to organize, coordinate, and plan activities efficiently

• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of project controlling documents and lists (e.g. open issues, change requests, results, and risks), including tracking them
• Supporting the preparation of project-related KPIs
• Supporting the preparation, execution, and follow-up of project meetings
• Providing operational support to projects, including monitoring progress and contributing to ensuring smooth execution
• Supporting project planning and controlling, including budgeting and resource management
• Coordinating appointments and meetings, including taking minutes
• Preparing documents and decision templates for project management (e.g. presentations, analyses, reports, and statistics)
• Preparing, collecting, and consolidating project-related communication and information
• Consolidating project retrospectives and lessons learned
