Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in the cloud or software industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a high performing sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Background in driving customer cloud adoption and overall customer success with a deep understanding of the Azure platform.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and success.
Obowiązki
- Leading a team of customer success managers responsible for driving incremental consumption of Microsoft Azure services.
- Coaching and mentoring the team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional workloads.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and growth.
- Collaborating with other sales managers, account executives, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and strategy.
- Providing feedback and insights to stakeholders to help improve the customer experience and value proposition.
