IT Financial & Process Management Consultant

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support the development and optimization of IT financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance processes. In this role, you will analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help design and implement solutions that increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT financial management or related consulting roles
• Proven track record in process improvement and organizational development
• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills
• Solid background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance
• Experience with database management systems and dashboard development
• Strong facilitation and knowledge‑transfer skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Analyze and optimize financial management processes, including: forecasting, budgeting, compliance
• Design, improve, and standardize workflows related to: invoice validation, financial tracking and cost control
• Assess current IT financial management capabilities and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain dashboards for financial and compliance reporting
• Standardize procedures for dashboard updates and internal documentation
• Work with database management systems to support financial analysis and reporting
• Provide advanced guidance on Excel techniques and data analysis methodologies
• Mentor team members and support skill development in analytical and investigative approaches
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and workshops on financial management best practices
• Support optimization of compliance dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, including Markets business areas (FX, Derivatives, Equities)
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
