Data Analyst Internship Program (He/She/They)

The internship provides an opportunity to work on projects for clients from Poland and internationally, across various sectors including banking and finance, transport and infrastructure, energy, and industry.

• Active student status and availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• High analytical skills and interest in data analytics.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data models.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral).
• Good interpersonal skills, especially ease in establishing relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High work organization skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to develop skills in Big Data/Data Analytics and interest in learning new tools and cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, with commitment to teamwork and adaptability.

Bonus points if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related.
• Functional knowledge in Finance & Banking, Supply Chain, FMCG, Sales & Retail.
• Knowledge of corporate systems: SAP, SalesForce, Workday, ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure.

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting customer needs and requirements.
• Analysis and preparation of data in SQL.
• Assistance during the implementation of analytical solutions (functional analysis, testing).
• Collaboration with business representatives and development team members.
• Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Working in database systems to manage data effectively.
• Analyzing data and visualizing results through comprehensive aggregation.
• Reporting on analysis outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with experienced team members to gain knowledge and improve skills.
