• Fluent English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience programming with Java and Spring Boot framework
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience using IDE and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Git, Docker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to share new ideas and openness to learning
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams

• Contribute to preliminary work on solutions with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and others to review feasibility and provide high-level estimation
• Develop code and automated tests to meet expected functionality and acceptance criteria
• Ensure code produced by the team is properly managed, peer-reviewed, and meets expected standards
• Support deployment of applications to higher environments and enhance the CI/CD process as necessary
• Create documentation for projects and product features according to accepted standards
• Analyze reported defects and incidents and work on resolving them based on agreed priorities
• Learn how to interview and assess candidates to help build a diverse and talented team
• Participate effectively in core team processes such as planning, bug fixing, and metrics review
• Develop code with high-quality standards, ensuring error-free output
