IT Business Analyst (GenAI & Platform Integrations)

Business Analyst role supporting GenAI features, platform integrations, and digital product rollouts in an international FMCG environment.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital product or platform projects
• Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of GenAI, LLMs, image generation, and RAG concepts
• Experience with API integrations, middleware, or cloud platforms
• Ability to work with technical teams and understand API documentation
• Experience with market rollouts, UAT, and stakeholder coordination
• Good knowledge of Agile, Jira, and Confluence

• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements
• Support GenAI use cases such as content automation, chat assistants, and semantic search
• Define requirements for AI outputs, guardrails, data privacy, and brand safety
• Map API integrations between digital products and platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI
• Coordinate rollouts across multiple markets, including localization and UAT
• Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture, and business teams
• Manage backlog and support agile delivery in Jira or Azure DevOps
