• 5+ years of experience as an ETL Developer, Data Engineer, or Database Developer
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica, or similar)
• Experience with big data or distributed processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud equivalents)
• Solid understanding of data modelling and integration patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and infrastructure automation tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex data ecosystems
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Build and optimize data pipelines supporting analytical and operational systems
• Perform performance tuning of SQL queries, ETL jobs, and database structures
• Enhance and modernize existing data solutions in line with business and technical requirements
• Troubleshoot data processing issues and ensure system stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, analytics) to improve data flows
• Participate in modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and CI/CD adoption
