The Global Scaled Growth organization within the Customer Experience organization aims to scale Google Cloud sales outreach, access new key decision makers, generate incremental business growth, and shape go-to-market strategy through a regional vendor model. The Head of EMEA Scaled Growth leads business development sales across the EMEA region and manages a team of approximately 10 Business Development and Program Managers.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in people management including identifying, attracting, and developing a team.
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales or goals in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English for customer-facing interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with external suppliers in sales/business development.
- Experience working with corporate and enterprise customers in the EMEA region.
- Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in German for customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to support, inspire, and grow team and customers.
Obowiązki
- Own the management of the Google Cloud scaled growth motion in the EMEA region to drive pipeline and business growth for Google Cloud products and services across target customer segments and priority sales plays.
- Direct the operations of regional Suppliers to deliver business results through Vendor Business Development Representatives, Digital Sales Reps, and Digital Customer Engineers.
- Deliver on monthly and quarterly metrics of opportunities, business growth, and other KPIs such as prospecting activity volume, opportunity quality, pipeline velocity, and supplier score.
- Ensure outstanding experience to customers and prospects including operational excellence, quality assessment, process and tooling utilization and enhancement, staff onboarding and retention, and handling escalations.
