• Fluency in English and Polish
• Strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with development teams and system architects
• Strong decision-making and analytical thinking abilities to solve complex problems and deal with ambiguity
• Proven stakeholder management skills and comfort dealing with senior decision-makers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively share product knowledge

Optional:

• Working experience in agile (Scrum) methodology
• Basic understanding of FinTech/InsurTech industry

• Monitoring IT product definitions (final products and MVPs), identifying customer needs, and translating them into Product Backlog items with future reusability in mind
• Ensuring the Product Backlog is available, transparent, and clear, showing what the Development Team will work on next based on business value and technical debt
• Defining the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR), ensuring the Development Team understands backlog items to the required degree
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, Project Management, and Architects to agree on the planned scope of product development expressed in the roadmap to deliver complex, multi-product solutions
• Supervising product development
• Building a comprehensive product knowledge base, creating product documentation and presentations, and communicating product status to stakeholders, peers, and executive management
• Executing other delegated tasks within scope of competence and creating copyrighted works as part of duties, in accordance with applicable copyright laws
