The company focuses on delivering key IT projects by providing comprehensive IT support, including IT project management, IT support, cybersecurity, database services, business application support, data center services, network infrastructure, IT education, and software development.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, including at least 3 years in IT procurement (hardware, software, SaaS, IT services)
- Experience managing a procurement team (minimum 3 people)
- Practical experience in negotiating with global suppliers (technology manufacturers, integrators, cloud providers)
- Experience managing procurement budgets (CAPEX/OPEX)
- Participation in transformation projects (digital transformation, cloud migration, procurement centralization)
- Knowledge of the IT market: licensing, subscription models (SaaS), public cloud, enterprise hardware
- Ability to analyze and negotiate contract terms (SLA, KPI, penalties, audit clauses)
- Knowledge and experience in contract conclusion (mainly civil law and copyright law)
