ERP Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) | Branża Automotive

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or developing ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other ERP systems including implementations and support
• Good knowledge of business processes and functional aspects in Sales, Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse), and Finance
• Experience in solution design, with preferred experience in system integration design
• Very good knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best design practices
• Practical knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and its application in ERP projects
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills considering risk, quality, and business needs
• Independence, proactivity, teamwork skills, and knowledge sharing
• Good work organization and ability to operate in a dynamic project environment
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of financial and accounting processes
• Microsoft certifications confirming knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Practical knowledge of SQL/T-SQL
• Experience working with other ERP systems
• Experience in integration projects in enterprise environments

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Business Solution Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and analysts to analyze business processes and requirements
• Design solution architecture and recommend approaches balancing risk, quality, and business needs
• Work with architects of other systems (Master Data, Pricing, Warehouse, Logistics, BI, Web Shop, Planning) for integration with Business Central
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and user experience
• Oversee quality of implementations at all project stages
• Analyze risks related to new solutions and recommend mitigation actions
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational standards and best technical practices
• Share knowledge, propose improvements, and provide technical support to internal teams

Work mode is hybrid with 1–2 days per week in the office in Warsaw, Poland.
