• Experience in data ingestion/integration (Architect or Senior/Lead Data Engineer level)
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Platform: ADF, Databricks (Spark), Storage
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT, streaming, event-driven pipelines
• Good understanding of Medallion architecture
• Hands-on coding: Python, Spark, SQL
• Basic knowledge of Azure security (Managed Identity, Key Vault)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka/Event Hub or similar

• Design and govern data ingestion and integration solutions on Azure
• Define standards and best practices for data pipelines and replication
• Contribute to Data Platform architecture (Medallion: Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Support PoCs and technology selection
• Ensure alignment with security and enterprise guidelines
• Mentor team members and act as a technical expert
