Product Engineer

apreel was founded in April 2010 by friends who dreamed of creating their own software house. As the company grew and gained client trust, it expanded its services to include IT expert leasing, which now constitutes the main pillar of apreel's business. The founders continue to pursue their passion for creating proprietary IT solutions and aim for their continuous improvement.

Must-have:

• Using AI as a primary work method with daily use of tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience building web applications (frontend + backend) with:
  • React or Angular
  • REST API
  • JSON data processing
• Knowledge of access control mechanisms (RBAC, data visibility scopes)
• Practical experience with CI/CD (environment provisioning, deployment pipelines)
• Ability to work with existing code (development and refactoring, not only greenfield projects)
• Communicative English for collaboration with the USA team

Nice to have:

• Experience with diagram libraries or canvas/SVG editors

• Knowledge of static code analysis tools (SAST, code scanning)

• Experience with AI/ML integrations (computer vision, image recognition models)

• Experience in enterprise environments with high security and IP protection requirements

• 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of AI, Angular, REST, JSON, CI/CD

• Languages: Polish, English, French

• Designing and implementing full-stack functionalities including:
  • permission layer (RBAC),
  • data engine based on JSON,
  • entity logic and relationships between them
• Migrating frontend between UI frameworks (enterprise component libraries)
• Creating and developing AI-based features (e.g., shape recognition when importing images)
• Configuring and maintaining QA environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Analyzing existing code and documenting architectural decisions
• Conducting code reviews using AI tools for static code analysis
• Supporting UAT tests with the USA team, triaging production bugs, and implementing fixes
