Wymagania

  • Experience in a similar role in technology projects
  • Understanding and application of architectural and design patterns
  • Knowledge of technologies: OKD, Angular 21, Java 21, Camel 4.8, Camunda 7/CIB7, WSO2 Micro Integrator v4.4.0
  • Ability to design, recognize problems, define them, and propose solutions
  • Experience in designing IT systems for organizations
  • Ability to translate requirements and analysis results into proposed solution concepts
  • Curiosity in problem-solving and ability to connect facts
  • Ability to identify the core expectations in analytical products
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims handling, is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of UI design, architectural patterns, Java, team management, Angular, CMake, Camunda, WSO2 Micro Integrator, OKD, incident management
  • Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

Obowiązki

  • Close collaboration with Product Owner to identify business requirements
  • Making decisions regarding the implementation methods of specific requirements
  • Ensuring consistency of solutions across modules
  • Identifying technical dependencies, potential obstacles, and blockers for future development
  • Indicating possibilities for reusing specific components between functionalities
  • Supporting Tech Leads in planning work sequences
  • Motivating, monitoring, and increasing the efficiency of developers in production teams
  • Identifying necessary competencies
  • Monitoring progress of technical work against plans
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems, escalating when justified
  • Participating in meetings: Daily, Refinement, Status meetings, Retrospectives, and supporting implementation of retrospective conclusions
  • Enforcing execution of technical tasks within the project environment
  • Executing tasks arising from project risk mitigation plans
  • Operational management of technical deployments, including preparation such as environment management
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation and adherence to standards
  • Supporting procurement processes by providing technical input and coordinating technical personnel involvement
