- Requirements analysis — gathering, clarifying and documenting business and data requirements
- Data analysis — customer segmentation, telemetry, understanding product usage
- Process mapping — AS-IS / TO-BE flows, gap identification, BPMN
- Documentation — user stories, epics, BDD scenarios, test cases
- Migration support — planning, analysis, execution support
- Delivery collaboration — clarifying requirements, tracking progress, removing blockers
- Operational analysis — assessing operational impact and data implications
- Stakeholder engagement — gathering needs, presenting findings, sharing insights
