RAN Technical Support Engineer Summer Internship - Łódź

Ericsson offers a summer internship program in Łódź for students to join as RAN (Radio Access Network) Technical Support Professionals. Interns will support the newest technologies and products developed at Ericsson and contribute to the company's digitalization journey in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

• Student status in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Understands the basics of the software development lifecycle, version control (e.g., Git) and scripting (e.g., Python).
• Programming skills in C and C++.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• First experience using AI tools in programming or testing (e.g., code assistants, log analyzers, or similar).
• Good speaking and writing skills in English.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• High ethics and compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well with people and network effectively.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to change.
• A spirit of creativity with a can-do attitude.
• Motivation and curiosity to explore and learn.

• Deep dive into mobile network solutions and topology of 4G and 5G generation, gain experience in Radio Access Network domain.
• Learn and apply software troubleshooting methodologies across different nodes of RAN system.
• Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team to support investigations and analyses of customer issues.
• Perform fault reproduction and handle configurations in Ericsson's environment, gaining a deep understanding of RAN software architecture and its connection to 3GPP standards.
• Support digitalization efforts by exploring and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work in real company projects or dedicated projects with support of a technical mentor.
