Senior Data Integration Engineer

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experienced experts, delivering innovative IT solutions in collaboration with international clients. They have a long-term partnership with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, engaging over 200 personnel in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider. The client emphasizes Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams with daily English communication.

• Experience with IT Service Management data integrations (BMC Helix preferred)
• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, data storage, data security, ETL processes (SSIS, Snowflake) and version control
• Professional experience with SQL (T-SQL preferred), Python and Apache Airflow
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Dataverse and similar platforms
• Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)
• Master’s degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Fluency in English (at least C1 level)

Nice to have:

• ITIL Foundation certification or proven experience in IT Service Management

• Designing and building a stable, scalable, near real-time and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution
• Building, designing and maintaining data architecture to ensure complete data collection, integrity and quality
• Designing, developing, testing and maintaining robust data pipelines
• Troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance and driving continuous improvements
• Working within a SAFe Scrum Team with aligned autonomy and accountability
• Acting as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations to IT and business stakeholders

Preferred working location is Gdańsk, with Warsaw allowed. At least 3 days per week working from the office in Gdańsk or Warsaw, and monthly visits to Gdańsk for team workshops (2–3 days). The work model is elastic hybrid. Recruitment process includes an on-site test in Gdańsk or Warsaw and an online meeting.
