JD Edwards Functional Consultant (Finance) – M/K

• Experience with JD Edwards (Finance modules)
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Costing, and financial reporting
• Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and month-end/year-end closing
• Experience working in international environments
• Ability to analyse problems and propose structured solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a complex, multi-country setup

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Basic knowledge of system integrations
• Basic knowledge of JD Edwards technical concepts

• Provide 2nd line functional support for JD Edwards Finance modules
• Act as a subject matter expert for finance best practices in JD Edwards
• Analyse business and accounting needs and translate them into system solutions
• Configure JD Edwards or define required system enhancements
• Assess local accounting and tax requirements and their impact on the system
• Collaborate with finance key users, other ERP consultants (Supply Chain, Manufacturing), system integrators, and project teams
• Prepare and execute functional and accounting tests
• Maintain and create documentation including functional specifications, configuration documentation, user guides, test scenarios, and plans
