ERP Shared Service Center Manager (M/K)

• Proven experience in ERP management, shared services, or ERP project leadership
• Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
• Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and/or HR processes
• Understanding of ERP configuration, integrations, master data, and data governance
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and data warehouse concepts is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and structured approach with the ability to work independently
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Availability for occasional international travel

• Lead and manage the ERP Shared Service Center supporting international subsidiaries
• Oversee the JD Edwards Competence Center, Master Data team, and Data Integration & BI team
• Define and enforce ERP standards, workflows, and master data governance
• Drive process harmonization across subsidiaries in line with program objectives
• Ensure stable day-to-day ERP operations and coordinate support activities (L1–L3)
• Support ERP rollout projects, including testing, training, go-live, and hypercare
• Coordinate with integration teams to ensure smooth data flows and interoperability
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization
