Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience as a Webcon Developer / Webcon Consultant.
- Very good knowledge of the WEBCON BPS platform and experience in enterprise deployments.
- Experience in rollout of workflow/process automation systems in international environments.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes.
- Knowledge of system integrations including REST API, SOAP, SQL, ERP, and CRM.
- Experience in business requirements analysis and cooperation with stakeholders.
- Ability to act as an advisor and mentor for development teams.
- Knowledge of architectural best practices, security, and performance of workflow systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Very good command of English for technical and business communication.
Nice to have:
- Experience in international projects and multi-country rollouts.
Obowiązki
- Support rollout of the WEBCON BPS platform in Poland and Romania.
- Design, develop, and optimize business processes on the Webcon platform.
- Provide technical consultancy for the client team regarding architecture, best practices, and system development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements analysis and implementation.
- Integrate the platform with external systems and develop existing solutions.
- Participate in planning the platform development roadmap and propose technological improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and support less experienced developers.
- Analyze technical problems and optimize performance of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with development, analytics, and business teams on the client side.
