The project involves developing and implementing modern solutions for resource management and process optimization for the world's largest airlines, focusing on mission-critical systems with high performance, stability, and reliability requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance and non-functional testing
• Experience in the aviation, transport, or mission-critical systems sector
• Very good knowledge of LoadRunner
• Experience designing and executing load, stress, spike, and endurance tests
• Ability to analyze performance of applications, systems, and infrastructure
• Practical knowledge of Python for automation, data analysis, or scripting
• Good understanding of web system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communicative English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of system scalability issues

• Designing and executing performance tests including load, stress, spike, and endurance tests using LoadRunner
• Analyzing application, system, and infrastructure performance
• Creating and maintaining test scenarios and scripts
• Using Python for automation, data preparation, and result analysis
• Collaborating with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues
• Defining performance benchmarks, SLAs, and acceptance criteria
• Preparing reports and recommendations on system performance
• Supporting capacity planning and scalability assessment
• Participating in architecture and design reviews from a performance perspective
• Developing and improving performance testing approaches and best practices
