Collections Support Processor

• Advanced proficiency in Collections Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Russian language proficiency at B2 level.

• Receive and validate new customer credit assessment and contract requests.
• Monitor existing customer and portfolio credit risk.
• Reconcile accounts receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Apply cash remittances and credits or adjustments.
• Collect operational data reports by calling customers and collaborating with internal teams.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Respond timely and compliantly to queries and take proactive actions to collect accurate reports about debt outstanding.
• Apply payments and credits and perform other Order to Cash (OTC) tasks.
• Address flagged issues and disputes, flag process and system gaps, and escalate for resolution.
• Establish effective relationships with business partners.
