• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in the software development lifecycle
• 4+ years hands-on experience with One Identity Manager; SailPoint knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and related technologies
• Understanding of complex technical infrastructures and cloud environments
• Experience with system automation and Agile development methodology
• Proactive, can-do mentality

• Work closely with product owners and business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical design and implementation
• Provide technical leadership on development projects
• Develop and maintain features in the context of projects or ongoing activities
• Analyse and improve existing technical implementations
• Define and promote development principles and processes
• Ensure robust, performant, and scalable solution designs
• Assist application developers at all levels with interpreting requirements and creating solution designs
• Participate in all levels of testing from unit testing through performance testing
• Create documentation required for maintenance and support
