Wymagania
- Fluency in English, French, and Polish (at least B2)
- Familiarity with IT technologies and general interest in modern solutions
- Knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10 and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package
- Team-oriented attitude
- High-level communication skills

- Processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service
- Forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible
- Ensuring the quality of communication
- Registering and analyzing reports
- Suggesting improvements and optimizations
- Diagnosing problems and trying to solve them
