Scrum Master / Project Manager

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and nearly 18 years of experience. The company focuses on delivering software solutions and has a Managed Team called Humble Above All with about 100 people working on projects across various technologies including mobile apps (Flutter, React Native), web apps (React, Svelte, Angular), and backend microservices in the cloud (.NET, Node, Go, AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner in IT projects.
• Experience managing teams and end-to-end projects.
• Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
• Ability to work with clients and build business relationships.
• Experience managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ability to identify risks and make project decisions.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of IT projects including scope, budget, quality, and timeliness.
• Managing project teams (developers, QA, design) and their effectiveness.
• Coordinating work in Agile models (Scrum / Kanban) and continuous process improvements.
• Combining roles of Product Owner, Project Manager, and Scrum Master in daily work.
• Building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and mitigating them.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Managing backlog and prioritizing tasks with client and team.
• Participating in recruitment and development of project team.
• Reporting project status and delivery results to stakeholders.

• The first working day is onsite at the company's headquarters in Gliwice, Poland.
• Identity verification will be required during the recruitment process.
