Wymagania

  • Experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner in IT projects.
  • Experience managing teams and end-to-end projects.
  • Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Ability to work with clients and build business relationships.
  • Experience managing scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Ability to identify risks and make project decisions.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

Obowiązki

  • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of IT projects including scope, budget, quality, and timeliness.
  • Managing project teams (developers, QA, design) and their effectiveness.
  • Coordinating work in Agile models (Scrum / Kanban) and continuous process improvements.
  • Combining roles of Product Owner, Project Manager, and Scrum Master in daily work.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and mitigating them.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
  • Managing backlog and prioritizing tasks with client and team.
  • Participating in recruitment and development of project team.
  • Reporting project status and delivery results to stakeholders.
