- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Support
- Strong backend coding skills (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js)
- Experience with automation and monitoring tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
