Frontend Developer (React)

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field of study.
• At least 4 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
• Excellent knowledge of React, React Router, GraphQL, Apollo Client, LESS, AntDesign, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Experience with Webpack and npm for build and package management.
• Fluency in Polish and very good communication in English.
• Availability to work in a remote/hybrid mode; remote workers invited to the office once every month.

• Contribute to building from scratch a technology-oriented company focused on innovating the IT delivery model for a major player in the European Financial Services industry.
• Join a multidisciplinary, agile team of experts and develop modern, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Work closely with your agile team to help define sprint goals, provide estimates, propose solutions for complex challenges and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Guide and support junior engineers, helping them grow, ensuring quality contributions and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Perform code reviews daily, share best practices, offer constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
