Collections Support Processor with Czech

• Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office.
• Fluent English and Czech (minimum C1 level).
• Diligence, proactiveness, and attention to details.
• Motivation and eagerness to pick up challenges.
• Great communication skills.
• Experience in collections/accounts receivable team is an asset.

• Proactively perform timely cash collection via phone and emails while continuously learning company policies.
• Investigate and review credit risks, evaluate customers and suppliers credit history, and prepare and follow up on letters of collection.
• Handle day-to-day activities and refer delicate matters to superiors.
• Manage escalations and lead negotiations with critical customers.
