Wymagania

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation
  • Fluent Romanian (C1 level) for client communication
  • English at B2/C1 level for daily company communication
  • Curiosity about new technologies and eagerness to deepen knowledge in this field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Account Management
  • Metrics-based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Passion for IT and cloud technology
  • Inside sales experience

Obowiązki

  • Work with outbound and inbound partner deals by orchestrating deals with available resources
  • Manage sales opportunities and pipeline by guiding partners through the sales process, available programs, and handing off qualified deals
  • Conduct coaching and collaboration sessions to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge within the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM data by organizing the sales pipeline and tracking key performance metrics
  • Work closely with the sales team to share insights, exchange experiences, and achieve goals together
