Technical Lead-Measurement Data Operations

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 5-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry.
• Solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others across the organization.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives in life sciences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life sciences industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
• Established network and referral contacts.
• Necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a given Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Participate or lead teams in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
• Review and analyze client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions.
• Provide direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and Statistical Services assigned to engagement.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
• Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in identifying client issues and developing client specific solutions.
• Design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations appropriate to the audience.
• Deliver findings to clients.
• Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow-on work at assigned client.
• Provide follow-up with client after project deliverable completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and life sciences market.
• When acting as Project Manager, manage project timelines and day to day communication with client and team members.
