The team supports developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies globally. The role is part of a global team providing 24x7 support to help customers transition to Google Cloud, focusing on security, reliability, and scalability across infrastructure to applications.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, triaging technical issues including hardware, software, application, operational, and process.
  • 2 years of experience reading/debugging code in general purpose languages (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JavaScript) and in virtualization and orchestration frameworks.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in technical consulting or supporting large enterprise customers with high SLA requirements.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience with web technologies, system/software architecture, API design and scalability, DevOps, and networking.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud computing through certifications, internships, or coursework, and debugging workload issues across multi-node environments.
  • Preferred: Experience in computer networking, routing, load balancing, and Kubernetes framework.
  • Preferred: Experience working with public cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Preferred: Experience troubleshooting client-server architecture, including latency and packet capture analysis from serverless workloads to databases and storage.

Obowiązki

  • Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.
  • Manage customer problems through diagnosis, resolution, or implementing new investigation tools.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and customers to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
  • Work with customers on production serverless and CICD deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale.
  • Develop understanding of Google Cloud's Serverless product technology and architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining root causes of customer issues, building tools, and enabling faster diagnosis.
