GBO includes Ads sellers, business development teams, customer services and support, and overlay programs for coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, media analytics, or financial analysis, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • 6 years of experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), understanding of participants landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to develop business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Expert knowledge of measurement science, including offline measurement, Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and causal impact analysis.
  • Experience implementing experimental design (A/B testing) and causal inference to measure business incrementality.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management, able to build automated reporting workflows, materializing tables, and creating data visualizations.

Obowiązki

  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-level executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business tests and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and own problem solving modeling for key projects. Transform datasets into actionable insights, presented through reasoning and compelling narratives that facilitate high-level business decision-making.
  • Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and deploy experimental designs (e.g., A/B testing) and causal inference models to measure incrementality. Use measurement science (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, causal impact) to prove Google’s value against customer objectives.
  • Distill complex technical data into compelling presentations for executive and general audiences. Pitch tailored, data-driven Google solutions by combining product knowledge with storytelling to navigate objections, secure investment, and exceed business growth goals.
