Wymagania

Professional:

  • Fluency in English at least C1 level
  • 3+ years sales or customer success experience with technical pre and post sales and technical consulting architecture experience
  • Track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or strategic accounts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Achievement and success-driven personality
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently

Technical:

  • Knowledge of the IT industry and ability to learn and retain knowledge about products and business solutions quickly
  • AZ-305 certified or commitment to earn AZ-305 within 3 months of joining
  • Broad knowledge of consultative/complex technical sales, deployment projects, architecture, design, and implementation
  • Domain expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions including Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers, and Infrastructure as Code technologies
  • Experience using integrated development environments targeting Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, and public clouds (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Dynamics CRM or other CRM experience is a bonus
  • Preferred: 1+ year experience in designing architecture, networking, container services, data center migrations, database administration, coding/development, migrations, or technology management

  • Orchestrating cross-functional teams, influencing decision makers, and delivering meaningful business outcomes
  • Designing modernization roadmaps and proposing Azure-based solutions to accelerate customer growth
  • Analyzing cloud usage, identifying opportunities, and helping customers unlock the full value of their cloud environment
  • Acting as the customer advocate by sharing insights with internal teams, removing blockers, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  • Assessing cloud readiness and supporting customers with structured learning plans
  • Forecasting accurately, following best-practice processes, and continuously seeking improvements
  • Keeping technical expertise up to date and sharing knowledge within the technical community
  • Engaging with customers through digital, video, and live interactions
  • Being an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities
