Senior React Developer

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Previous experience working in cross functional teams.
• Strong experience with clean code practices and testing.
• Experience building scalable frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools (e.g., Sentry).
• Background in mobile development (React Native).
• Deployment and DevOps experience is a plus.
• End-to-end testing expertise using tools like Playwright or WebdriveIO.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.

Technical Skills:

• React.js 18+.
• Next.js 14+ (server-side rendering, App Router).
• React Native (nice to have).
• HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Styled Components, Tailwind CSS.
• State Management Libraries (e.g., Redux, Jotai).
• Storybook.
• Feature flag tools (e.g., GrowthBook).
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• GitHub Actions, Cloudflare Pages.

Languages:

• Polish.
• English (proficient written and verbal communication).

• Lead architecture and build scalable, cross-platform components with frontend engineers.
• Design and implement features for web and native UIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, business stakeholders and backend teams.
• Contribute to the core codebase, infrastructure and unified design system.
• Participate in code reviews, document work and share knowledge.
• Optimize performance, accessibility and cross-platform consistency.
• Research and adopt new frameworks and development patterns.

Challenges:

• Keep data-heavy views (dashboards, portfolios, fund comparisons) fast and responsive.
• Integrate securely with backend and third-party services (auth, KYC, payments, e-signature) and handle failures gracefully.
• Maintain a consistent design system and UX across multiple products and legacy code while shipping quickly.
