ServiceNow Developer

The team operates in an interdisciplinary and international environment, working on broad-scope projects for local and group clients, including BPM platforms, data and AI solutions, and ERP systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow platform and custom application development using AppEngine.
• Advanced knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, glide API, and platform scripting best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining complex workflows and process automation.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integrations, including creating and consuming REST APIs, IntegrationHub, authentication methods, error handling, and integration monitoring.
• Experience with file-based integrations (CSV/XML/JSON processing, import sets, transform maps, scheduled file exchange, MID Server integrations).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems such as ERP and finance platforms.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, security, and role-based access controls.
• Experience with custom tables, related lists, workspaces, portals, and configurable UI components.
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing and performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and integrations.
• Experience with source control and deployment processes (Update Sets).
• Excellence in transferring business requirements and solution architecture into technical solution design.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Optional:

• Communicative French.
• Solution Architecture design ability.
• Experience in GBS projects, building workflows and process automation for finance and accounting operations.
• Experience leading Technical Releases between instances including release planning, tracking, and communication.

• Build solutions based on ServiceNow platform to support Global Business Services, mainly accounting processes.
• Participate and consult in design and solution concept creation.
• Understand and implement workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other ServiceNow aspects.
• Develop as a key member of the development team, with possible leadership in development process.
• Design and develop integration mechanisms, cooperating with other systems teams.
• Support Business Analyst.
• Cooperate closely with Solution Architect.
• Document development process and products such as services, processes, policies, use cases, workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement of services and processes through analysis, maintenance, optimization, and problem resolution.
• Support incidents and problem management as third-line support.
