Cloud & Infrastructure Security Architect and security Administrator

Intelligent Logistic Solutions Sp. z o.o. (ILS Sp. z o.o.) is a global shared service for key internal clients of Pelion SA. The company focuses on delivering key IT projects by providing comprehensive IT support, including IT project management, IT support, cybersecurity, database services, business application support, data center services, network infrastructure, IT education, and software development.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security architecture or security management (cloud and/or on-premise).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security systems administration.
• Practical experience with at least one platform: Azure, OCI, GCP (multicloud experience is a plus).
• Ability to align project assumptions and conduct architectural workshops.
• Experience in risk analysis and threat modeling.
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS Benchmarks).
• Ability to create technical and architectural documentation.
• Very good knowledge of Polish and communicative knowledge of English.

• Designing and developing security architecture in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Google Cloud Platform) and on-premise.
• Aligning architectural assumptions and security requirements with IT, DevOps, and business teams.
• Analyzing security risks and recommending appropriate security mechanisms.
• Creating and reviewing architectural documentation and security standards.
• Supporting cloud migration and digital transformation projects in terms of security.
• Verifying compliance of solutions with security policies and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Participating in architectural reviews and threat modeling.
• Collaborating with SOC, IAM, DevSecOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Administering, maintaining, and developing security systems such as PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, and other security systems (e.g., DLP, SOAR).
• Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network security solutions.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented security mechanisms and continuously improving them.
• Supporting incident response and event analysis.
• Providing technical advice on best security practices (cloud and on-premise).
