• Proven leadership and management experience at director level in IT transformation, financial management, or supplier management.
• Experience managing complex transformation programs, budget governance (OPEX/CAPEX), and strategic supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of IT financial management, contract management, change management methodologies, and process optimization.
• Ability to think strategically, manage cross-functional initiatives, and communicate effectively at executive level.
• Knowledge of best practices in demand management, vendor management, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare management information, strategic analyses, and efficiency metrics.
• Results-oriented with ability to optimize costs, drive efficiency improvements, and achieve financial goals.
• English proficiency.

• Experience with FTO/outsourcing management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with IT architecture simplification and technical debt reduction programs.
• Experience managing Group-level governance relationships in a multinational telecommunications context.

• Manages the health of all IT4IT projects and serves as the front door for all strategic IT initiatives.
• Leads performance management of all vendors, both outsourced and insourced, with clear success metrics and alignment with procurement.
• Sets and animates IT governance standards and processes across the organization.
• Leads auditability processes, coordinates mandatory IT certification processes and quality standards.
• Manages relations with Orange Group governance bodies, ensuring alignment with Group-level requirements.
• Manages and oversees the IT investment budget (OPEX and CAPEX), including ownership of the Financial Management process and serving as CAPEX SPOC.
• Operationalizes and implements change management, including optimization programs and efficiency initiatives.
• Manages internal and external audits, benchmarks, and compliance reports for IT.
• Prepares IT management information, cross-functional analyses, and sets objectives for efficiency initiatives.
• Oversees and evolves Demand and Delivery (D&D) processes and Change Management in IT projects.
• Sets and monitors MBO objectives for division directors.
• Defines, implements, and executes medium and long-term IT supplier management strategy and manages IT contracts.
• Defines and executes efficiency initiatives related to IT contracts and suppliers, including cost optimization and performance improvement.
• Manages and coordinates IT FTO GUILD activities for managing outsourcing resources.
• Develops and optimizes methodologies for software sizing and project complexity estimation.
