• Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer
• Strong knowledge of Gosu and SQL
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (e.g. Git, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Functional programming, Concurrency, Design patterns
• Proven ability to design and scale high-performance, optimized applications

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ClaimCenter-based applications
• Take technical ownership and provide guidance within the development team
• Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC
• Ensure high code quality through best engineering practices and automated testing
