Project Manager – Investment Funds / Fund Operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in a complex organization
• 3+ years of experience in the investment funds domain (Fund Accounting, Middle Office, or Transfer Agency)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong leadership and ability to influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Nice to have:

• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience managing testing phases (strategy, timelines, quality)
• Experience working with external vendors and offshore teams

• Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects across fund operations, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
• Control scope changes and ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify and manage cross-team and regional dependencies
• Ensure delivered solutions drive real business impact and adoption
• Build strong relationships and align stakeholders across Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency teams
• Drive adoption of process and system changes across teams
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Allocate and prioritize resources effectively across projects
• Manage project pipeline and align initiatives with strategic priorities
• Address and resolve issues across teams and stakeholders
