Wymagania
- Previous experience in a similar role (Product Manager/Owner or Business Analyst).
- 4 years of experience working on software development projects in an agile requirements analysis role.
- Experience working on multiple and varied large-scale projects delivering various software applications.
- Experience in web and mobile applications is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to work within teams using various software development methods, including agile software delivery.
- A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent is a plus.
Obowiązki
- Work with stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Work closely with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence.
- Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide CLS Software Development teams.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to focus on maximum value aligned with product strategy.
- Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and longer-term delivery with Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Solve problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business development commitments.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations.
- Develop detailed specifications for product features clearly understood by the development team.
- Increase transparency and enable direct communication between tech and business.
- Provide necessary information to help teams make informed decisions autonomously.
- Support teams to reach commitments by removing impediments.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
- Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and enable orchestration among teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Run refinement sessions with development teams to articulate delivery goals, provide details, refine stories, and capture estimations.
- Run iteration reviews or demo sessions.
