Wymagania

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Product Manager/Owner or Business Analyst).
  • 4 years of experience working on software development projects in an agile requirements analysis role.
  • Experience working on multiple and varied large-scale projects delivering various software applications.
  • Experience in web and mobile applications is considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to work within teams using various software development methods, including agile software delivery.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent is a plus.

Obowiązki

  • Work with stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Work closely with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence.
  • Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide CLS Software Development teams.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to focus on maximum value aligned with product strategy.
  • Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and longer-term delivery with Product Managers and stakeholders.
  • Solve problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business development commitments.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Develop detailed specifications for product features clearly understood by the development team.
  • Increase transparency and enable direct communication between tech and business.
  • Provide necessary information to help teams make informed decisions autonomously.
  • Support teams to reach commitments by removing impediments.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and enable orchestration among teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Run refinement sessions with development teams to articulate delivery goals, provide details, refine stories, and capture estimations.
  • Run iteration reviews or demo sessions.
