Wymagania
- Strong experience in Incident Management within enterprise technology environments
- Ability to coordinate crisis situations and manage priorities under pressure
- Technical understanding of infrastructure, networks or telecom environments would be beneficial
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on operational improvement and service stability
- Experience working in global operational or support environments is an advantage
- 6 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Incident Management, Service Management, Customer support
- English language proficiency
Obowiązki
- Lead and coordinate the resolution of critical service-impacting incidents within operational technology environments
- Drive incident calls, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely service restoration activities
- Work closely with engineering teams, operations teams and external vendors during major incidents
- Manage communication, escalations and governance throughout the incident lifecycle
- Analyse incident trends and identify opportunities to improve operational stability and response processes
- Support post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure operational standards, procedures and service management practices are followed consistently
- Collaborate with global teams operating across different regions and time zones
- Support on-call and high-priority operational activities where required
