Python Engineer | Risk Platform

Our client is a leader in the capital markets sector expanding their Risk Technology team to build a next generation risk analytics platform used daily by Risk Managers, Portfolio Managers, and senior leadership.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
• Strong experience in server-side Python and object-oriented programming
• Proven background in distributed systems including scalability, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Very good English (B2/C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services or capital markets
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka

• Liaise with stakeholders and conduct needs analysis
• Design and develop services in Python
• Build and scale cloud-native, distributed systems for risk and market data processing
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of a critical platform
