Wymagania
- Very good command of English (minimum C1) in spoken and written form (mandatory)
- Experience or strong motivation to work on IT system implementations
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
- Independence, responsibility, and good work organization
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Ability to conduct meetings, workshops, and trainings
- Availability for international travel (approx. 3 days/month) and onboarding in Poland for at least 1 month
- Valid category B driving license
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Obowiązki
- Implementing Asseco Platform systems supporting field sales (SFA) for international business clients in the FMCG industry
- Supervising the project process including planning, execution, and settlement
- Analyzing client needs and configuring the system according to requirements
- Creating project documentation
- Organizing and conducting trainings
- Ongoing collaboration with the project and technical teams
- Maintaining client relationships and identifying additional needs (cross-sell / upsell services)
- Providing post-implementation client support
