• Experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Salesforce or CRM environment)
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
• Experience working with technical and business teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Good communication skills in an international environment

• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)

• Analyze and gather business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and project teams
• Participate in designing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud)
• Prepare and maintain documentation of business processes and system requirements
• Support implementations and development of existing solutions
• Work in international projects within an Agile environment
