• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and Linux
• Ability to work with ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy)
• Knowledge of LAN and WLAN network protocols
• Ability to configure active network devices
• Knowledge of computer hardware construction for damage diagnostics
• Ability to work efficiently and prioritize in urgent professional situations
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (daily communication with users)

• Comprehensive support of IT hardware and peripheral equipment for internal employees
• Full on-site user support
• Registering and monitoring tickets in the ticketing system
• Managing devices (inventory, issuing, receiving, preparation for disposal, etc.)
